Yoga with Tison

This class is a meditation in movement, keeping in form with all classes at Life-force. It is designed for people 30-85, for those who are constantly going, possibly stressed, and need balance. Expect to learn methods for breathing, meditation, increasing pranayama (breath/lifeforce energy), stability, mobility in the joints, increasing strength and balance, while exploring and letting go of things you are holding in your ‘mind’s muscle.’
Kelley has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and is 200HR Certified Infinite Light Yoga Teacher.
